Leybourne Chase is fortunate to have five dedicated Residential Directors who serve as the voice of our community. These Directors are deeply involved in making key decisions that impact our neighbourhood, ensuring that the needs and interests of our residents are always at the forefront. They work closely with the Consultancy Team, Stephanie and Lucy to guide the direction of our community, championing initiatives that enhance the quality of life at Leybourne Chase.

Nic Bowler
I moved to Leybourne Chase with my wife, Lizzy, and our son, Rory, in 2022, and I am dedicated to fostering a thriving community here. To enhance communication and transparency between LGMCIC and residents, I became a director in 2023. Professionally, I lead a global team of Human Factors experts focused on designing safe and efficient railway systems. Previously, I enforced railway regulations as a Specialist Inspector of Railways. My background in leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, user-centred design, and legal interpretation will be valuable in serving our community.
Greg Ward
With a media background but has spent most of his career in the public sector, focusing on economic development and regeneration. Greg has lived and worked in Africa, the Middle East, and North America. Currently, he leads several poverty alleviation programs. Greg and his wife Alex have enjoyed living in Leybourne Chase since moving there in 2015.
Malcolm White
My wife and I moved to Leybourne Chase nearly seven years ago, and I've since retired from full-time work. I now volunteer at Spadework a couple of days a week, helping out whenever needed. Before retiring, I was a Senior Contract Manager in the mechanical services industry, handling projects with budgets up to £10 million. These projects included airport terminals, schools, hospitals, high-end residential properties, a football stadium, data centres, office developments, and a railway station. My experience equips me to help maintain Leybourne Chase to a high standard, especially considering the financial and economic challenges of 2024. Being retired, I have the time to address issues as they arise.
Clare Leyden
I have lived in Leybourne Chase for 9 years, I enjoy living here very much and I feel like this community has a lot to offer. My profession is in Property Accounts, reviewing and preparing service charge accounts for managing agents, I have worked in this profession for over 10 years.
Manoj Koothur
With 20 years of professional experience in healthcare, he has a diverse background in microbiology, process improvement, consulting, and managing primary healthcare and in vitro diagnostics. His multidisciplinary pathology knowledge and experience have enabled him to complete service improvement projects in over 42 laboratories across 19 countries. Having worked in both public and private sectors and managed community services, he has a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry. Additionally, Manoj has served as a leader and financial manager for a UK charity, organizing cultural and fundraising events, including a large-scale boat race. He has held executive roles in a charitable association promoting social and cultural activities and raising funds for various causes in the UK.
